Ted's new 2009 DL650ABS
After crashing and totalling my 2008 DL650ABS, I figured it was time to replace it. This is our fifth DL650, which is somewhat disturbing. It's the same as the last one, but shinier and silverier.

14 miles on the odometer- it was actually ZERO miles at the dealership.

There actually some changes from the 2008 to the 2009 model of the DL650:
  • Turn signal lenses are clear (bulbs are amber).
  • Rims are now silver (not black).
  • ABS warning light on speedometer face is yellow, not red.
  • Rear wheel nut is a fuji-lock, so no cotter pin is necessary.
In addition, the orange (non-ABS) bikes have a black muffler cover.
