We began our Sunday in Montreal by having brunch at L'Avenue. Tamara had eggs benedict, and I had a crepe with cottage cheese & apples. The eggs benedict was wonderful, and my crepe wasn't terrible, either. We apparently got there right before the queue began- when we left, it was about 25 people deep on the street. |
We then walked around the corner to the Ulysses travel bookstore, where we picked up a guidebook for Toronto. |

Our next stop was Old Montreal. We took the subway over there, then wandered a while, looking at the buildings and taking pictures. Tamara really likes the old stone buildings that are stained green from the copper roofs. |

We saw another couple getting married. Well, they weren't actually getting married, but the photographers were taking artsy pictures of them against a pretty wall and lamppost. I thought it made a neat little moment, so I took some pictures. |

Dinner was at a Mexican restaurant, then we had some crepes from a nearby shop. Tamara had a crepe covered with incredibly good milk chocolate. It was so rich that she couldn't finish it! |
