We spent two days repairing the bike in Costa Rica, mainly because of our crash. We had to do many things- reweld the Happy Trails rack (and then have the holes tapped), add the tool tube cap with a stainless steel wire (Ted calls it the "cap keeper"), replace the spacer and wiper on the rear wheel, and more.
