La Paz
Back to Wandering with Tedder & Tamara: pictures
While in La Paz, we went to a language school for a week. It was certainly intense- we probably only know about 5% of the Spanish we need for a trip like this, but at least we know the rules instead of just a few words.
As part of the school, we arranged to be placed into a home stay. This meant we would get lots more exposure to the language, plus see a slice of real life and eat very good local food.
We left Baja via the ferry. Pictures of that are on its own page.
