We stayed with our friend Shasta in Eugene, and had a great Wetleather/OBS call with our other friends there.
From there, we headed south on I-5 to Sacramento. The passes in Oregon and California were very cold and even snowing. We had about four miserable hours in the rain, snow, and freezing temperatures.
