On our way through, we stopped and stayed a night with Tamara's brother Lance, who lives in Sacramento. He treated us to dinner and an evening with his friends- it was nice.
We then went to see Seth down in Mountain View. We saw their fabulous house, then Seth took us into the foothills west of town. We got to ride some incredibly tight and twisty roads, plus ate a great meal at Alice's Restaurant, a famous hangout for motorcyclists who prefer twisty roads- so a lot of sportbikes, a few supermotards, and a few cruisers.
After Alice's, Seth led us down some more twisty roads. We even got some good views of the coastline.
